If you have insurance coverage there may be a deductible or co-pay required. Our office will contact your insurance company to verify your benefits for Physical Therapy. We also take private pay. Call our office for details.

If you fail to show for an appointment without notice ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS MAY BE REMOVED. We may require you to pay a $30 fee to continue your treatment. One No-show will not result in the assessment of a fee, but you may be charged for any additional No-shows

No insurance, no problem. If you do not have health insurance coverage, we do offer a private pay option for physical therapy sessions. We offer a 50% discount should you chose to pay privately. Give us a call for details.

Your first appointment will last approximately 60 minutes. Your following appointments will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on your condition and treatments.
